After having sent out the newsletter I received so many emails with questions from you, that it made it virtually impossible for me to respond to each of these individually. So let's have the discussion here instead. Most of your questions were around the difference between pages and groups. Essentially, a fan page is an entity's official presence while groups are being formed around common interests. It's very comparable to ammado's nonprofit profiles vs. communities. Pages should only be set up by a person within the organisation who has the authority to set up an official presence for the organisation while groups can also be set up by others such as supporters of the cause.
