We are proud to announce that the 2010 Corporate Citizen of the Americas Award (CCA) will be presented at the IDB's VIII CSR Americas (Inter-American Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility) www.csramericas.org, scheduled to take place in Asunción, Paraguay in April 2011. More than 1000 representatives from companies and institutions operating in Latin America are expected to participate in the Inter-American Conference and will be invited to the Award Ceremony for the 2010 CCA Award ceremony. Because of the profile for the upcoming Awards ceremony and due to the high volume of applications we have extended the deadline for submission of applications until Friday, December 17, 2010.
The mission of the Trust for the Americas is to promote private and public sector participation in the achievement of the OAS goals. For the past six years, the organization has given the Corporate Citizen of the Americas (CCA) Award to a company with an innovative program benefitting communities throughout Latin America or the Caribbean.
The CCA Award is a great opportunity for companies to receive international recognition for their work and we encourage you to apply.
