Global Health Council forum next week at UNC

Global Health Council (GHC) is organizing an event next week at UNC which should be very interesting. The topic of the event is near and dear to IntraHealth’s mission and mandate - the importance of scaling up family planning efforts; and the panelists will cover the impact of family planning on maternal health, the integration of family planning and HIV programs, and increased health workforce capacity.

The panelists are Pape Gaye, IntraHealth International's President and CEO, Martha Carlough, IntraHealth’s Safe Motherhood and Newborn Health Clinical Advisor, and Ward Cates, President of Research for Family Health International. One of our board members – and Vice President for Public Policy at GHC, Maurice Middleberg, will be moderating.
