During July Dementia Adventure welcomed over 50 people to enjoy 'Walk and Talk Together' events in the beautiful surroundings of Hylands House and Gardens.

At these three walking events local people living with dementia and their carers and supporters came together to discuss the adventures they would like to have and to begin designing these with Dementia Adventure.  The walk and talk events went so well that Dementia Adventure is planning to secure funds to enable these walks to be provided on a weekly basis for people in Essex.  A brochure of adventures, suggested by people living with dementia, is now being put together by Dementia Adventure.  For more information please contact us via the website at www.dementiaadventure.co.uk
