Comhlámh’s AGM took place in Charleville Castle during a beautiful weekend, on the 9th April 2011. The Annual Report from it is now available on our website, which you can read by clicking here. At the AGM a motion was passed to amend the organisation's title to include volunteers, in order to fully reflect the work we carry out. The new title will now be Comhlámh – Development Workers and Volunteers in Global Solidarity. To read more about the weekend please click here

This course involves 3 practical participatory skills-based workshops. Learn to explore diversity and global development issues through the use of a variety of art forms, such as music, drama, storytelling, and visual art. Skilled trainers will guide participants through how to use these methods and will provide the theoretical knowledge to feel confident to deal with any issues that may arise while carrying out these activities with a group.

Comhlámh Bewleys Debate on climate justice: Will Copenhagen be able to deliver climate justice? is taking place in Bewleys Café Theatre, Grafton Streeton, Dublin 2 on 2nd of December at 6:15pm.
Speakers are: Mary White TD, Deputy Leader of the Green Party and Niamh Garvey, Policy Officer – Environment Justice with Trócaire. Entrance charge of €3 for Comhlámh Members and €5 for non-members will be charged to cover venue costs.
