快乐电影，是向青少年提供公益院线设备，通过简便的参与形式，开启一扇参与社会公益，服务社会帮助他人的公益大门，丰富青少年参与社会公益活动的途径。同时快乐电影也为那些缺乏文化娱乐生活地区的人群如希望小学、农民工子弟小学、养老院等，通过快乐电影项目获得生活中的些许快乐与开阔眼界的机会。
(1) 项目定义
北京和四川灾区青少年在地震发生后开展了连心卡结对持续通信活动，我们将这一活动命名为“小笔友”并在全国范围内持续展开。
“小笔友”是LAA的重要项目之一，它为全国城乡青少年提供心灵交流的平台，其服务对象为8—16岁的青少年，他们中有城市少年、有灾区孩子、也有孤残儿童。
