北京和四川灾区青少年在地震发生后开展了连心卡结对持续通信活动，我们将这一活动命名为“小笔友”并在全国范围内持续展开。
“小笔友”是LAA的重要项目之一，它为全国城乡青少年提供心灵交流的平台，其服务对象为8—16岁的青少年，他们中有城市少年、有灾区孩子、也有孤残儿童。
