We've sent along a couple of tweets over the last two weeks about Glamour's Women of the Year Awards.  Now there's just one more day left to nominate your amazing woman friend, sister, mother, colleague for the special Readers Choice Award.  This picture is of last year's Readers Choice Winner, Kathryn Hall, who at 23 is saving lives through her efforts in Gambia.  Kathryn had been driven to act when she learned of a situation where babies and other patients in a Gambian hospital were dying due to lack of electricity to run incubators and other equipment.  She raised $300,000 to buy a solar energy system to deliver power to the hospital and made a real living difference to the hospital and peoples' lives.*
