Once this self-awareness is cultivated, mutual respect can be established. The individual should next look out for similarities instead of differences in others. Once this social awareness is nurtured, mutual tolerance can be practised. When birds of a feather flock together in communal awareness, a group of like-minded individuals can collaborate cohesively to set a goal towards the diplomatic path of universal respect, tolerance, peace and harmony.
