Every year Turner volunteers now fundraise and go to Africa to build a school. In 2011 twenty staff went to Malawi, and 2010 and 2009 other groups went to Rwanda and Mali,  In 2008 twenty more raised £30,000 for Habitat for Humanity and spent a week in rural South Africa building two houses for families affected by HIV/AIDS. Others have helped a variety of organisations by making videos and commercials, giving professional advise, designing logos and websites, mentoring the disadvantaged, hosting days out and a whole variety of other things for a wide range of charitable organisations and almost 30% of the workforce volunteer their time each year.
