The world is my oyster. I am blessed to be born perfectly healthy and able, and in my 23 years and a few months of existence, I have seen many horizons and completed many of life's to-do lists. Me, I am extremely lucky. And it's a good thing that I have a thirst for adventure. But there are others who aren't quite as lucky.
The Kiwanis Down Syndrome Center has done a lot for those with special needs. As a former Leo (member of the Leo Club) and a Circle K-er (member of the Circle K Club) I try to give back what I can to charity. I want more people to be able to have bright futures and opportunities to see and do things too.
Everyone has a dream, small or great. And everyone has a right to chase their dreams. And if a little spare change can open up the tiniest window of opportunity for people, I'm sure many more dreams can be achieved.
