**Need Emergency Medical, Travel and Incidental funds.**
My son cannot receive the care he needs here in the Tulsa area because he nor I have any health insurance. Not one neurologist in the area agreed to make payment arrangements. This is the reason we have to travel to the Epilepsy Center at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
An appointment can be made once the needed funds are raised. The first visit takes anywhere between 3-7 days. Once there, someone will assist in applying for Medicaid and other financial assistance.
My son has been refused re-entry into school after suffering a seizure on school grounds. We need to get him properly diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible so that he can go on with his life.
At minimum, we need approximately $3,500. Total costs could range anywhere from $5,000 - $10,000.
