ammado’s Giving Widget is a portable donations tool that can sit on any website, blog or intranet. The Giving Widget is powered by ammado’s advanced donations technology, and so supports donations made in over 70 currencies, using all major credit cards, as well as many local payment methods. You can now customize the Giving Widget to fit the needs and layout of your website.

Released this week, our new customization options will allow you to choose the color and size of the Giving Widget. You can even choose from buttons that make the Giving Widget appear once clicked.

To access the Giving Widget and these options simply log in to your profile and click “Get Giving Widget”.  You can get Giving Widgets for nonprofit profiles and for Fundraising Communities.

On the following screen you will have the option of choosing the benefitting nonprofit or Fundraising Community, you can decide that the Giving Widget is locked to only this beneficiary.

You can also choose the color, language and size that you want the widget to display in.

Finally you can preview and save the widget using the relevant buttons.

The code for your customized Giving Widget will be generated above and you can simply copy and paste this code to embed the widget on your website, blog or intranet!
